We're excited to announce an opening for a full-time Office Manager at our Arnhem office, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic client base, including all professional football organizations, renowned artists, and professional athletes.

Job Description

As our Office Manager, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth operations in our Arnhem office. Your role involves a range of responsibilities from administrative tasks to client interaction, requiring punctuality, and proficiency in office tools like Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative functions in the Arnhem office.
  • Efficiently manage office tasks including document preparation, data management, and scheduling.
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) to streamline office operations.
  • Engage with our exciting clientele, providing exceptional service to top-tier sports organizations, artists, and athletes.
  • Implement strategies to enhance office efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • HBO-Level Thinking and Working Skills
  • It's a plus if you already hold a WFT-Basis certificate. If not, you should be willing to obtain it at our expense.
  • Proven experience in a client success or account management role, preferably in the insurance or sports industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the sports industry.
